Wish I did. Have you tried to call or email them at all? I purchased mine second hand from another 3.0L enthusiast, with belts. But, as far as I know, they're the only supplier for the pulleys now.

Bad news possibly...

I got an email back from Mike at Forward Motion.

The 3.0 Underdrive Crank pulley part number is FM30.

Buy.... he stated they only work on 91-95 3.0's with the six groove belt.

Now if I'm not mistaken, doesn't the 3.0 use the same sepentine belt for 88-2000?

Well I did some checking and I think I'm SOL.

I called up the parts store and the '88 belt is P/N: 4050715 and the '91+ belt is P/N: 40608175

Now I'm really screwed for performance stuff!

The only solution I possibly thought of is if I can change my alt & ps pulleys to the OBX underdrive style, it would allow me to use the FM crank pulley.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?

I think in 1991 or something, the 3.0's got two idler pulleys, or according to a diagram I saw...

Why not just search the JY for a 91+ block with all the accessories? Harness all the parts and do a complete swap. Or will that not work on the older blocks?

I bet they changed just enough to make the swap incompatible.

Anyone know of someone who makes custom UD pulleys.

Maybe this is the time for me to take a machining class...

I'm assuming a machine shop would charge something ridiculous to make one.

i know that the tensioner pully on the older ones was in diffrent angle and sat a little off. but as long as it bolts to the crank you should be able to get a belt that will fit. i had to use a thinner belt couse things didnt alighn right and i never had a problem.

If you get the front plate that mounts all the accessory tensioner/pulleys, would that not work? I think the actuall front of the blocks are the same.

Yeah that might be the case but I'm not in the position to strip down my engine only to find out things don't match up.

I would rather just swap in a newer 3.0 at that point.

But someone has to have a bolt-on pulley for that year. I can't see the 88-90 engine being bastardized like that.

Someone, somewhere has something... I just have to find them.
