NOOOOOOOOOO its a minuki and a real POS to do any racing mods. the carb you really NEED for your project is a Weber DGV carb.

see the problem is the car is "supose" to be stock and the class is for fun and pays VERY VERY little so i am finding it hard to spend alot of cash on a weber but it is looking that i might have no choice

weber carbs are what the stock carb is based on. infact the 5220 carb is actually a weber design with Holley's name on it. the Ford Pinto, Mustang, fairmont, Chevy Chevette, Vega, Ford Capri (not the mercury mustang clone but it uses one as well), Volvo's, Saab's, all use a variation of the Weber DGV carb. From so many of your postings, you have displayed big $$$ questions on building this car.. it sounds like you want the PERFECT DOMINATE race car right out of the box but for no money what so ever. Before the internet exsisted I built my omni by trial and effort. it didn't dominate for the first 3 weeks because of my oiling problems. but by week 4, I won the feature by ½ a lap. infact, matt kenseth's front tire changer got 2nd in that race and he had no clue I was so far out ahead.

Here's some advice, if you don't have the money to do it safely don't do it. if you have enough to build a decent cage, a quality aluminum seat, harness, window net, fuel cell then build your car. if your track will not allow these safety items.. DO NOT race. these 4cyl bomber classes are DANGEROUS. I've already seen 1st hand 2 fatalities in these crappy divisions where roll cages were optional, no racing seats, no racing harnesses.
