MP 2bbl intake manifold

MP 2.2 book says it's designed to improve fuel distribution for higher engine output durability. Also adds that it has special ribs cast into the runner floors (fuel dist. dams)

Anyone ever use one of these?

Yep.... it's the exact same as an '87 standard production manifold... it has a couple additional ridges cast in the the base of 2 of the runners in comparison witht eh '86 and earlier manifolds. Definately not a seat of the pants power adder but we run the '87 manifold anyhow on our racer.
