Hey, i have a 92 duster 5speed, 4cyl

I have chanved the plugs, wires, cap and rotor etc.

Fuel filter, ran cleaner though the injector,

Changed cat converter, O2 sensor

AND IT STILL FAILS ON NOX

has anyone had this problem? Anyopne have any suggestions?

1/2 bottle of isopropyl 70% rubbing alcohol. The combustion burns cooler and lowers NOx. You could also retard the cam timing upwards of 4-6 degrees which also lowers NOx.

Did not check the EGR is working (test it with engine running if it's working and pull a vacuum on EGR diaphgram will make engine run rougher even stall) and did the coolant flush and new thermostat, radiator?

NOX is result of engine running too hot especially.
