I removed the coolant lines to my intake manifold last night. I did the ozone generator mod last night at the same time and hooked it up to the airbox.

Mods:
4 TB gaskets
Gutted airbox
CAI
K&N drop in
Ozone Generator
2" cat back exhaust

Results:
I need to test this more. Last night when I took the car for a test drive, if I floored the car from a stop or low RPM it would bog then pick up. I was guessing that would be becuase its spray the fuel in and it would hit the intake manifold and liquidify? I duno.....i'll play with it some more this week by adding some heat shield between the manifolds and see what kinda difference that makes if any

where are you drawing the ozone into? A vacuum nipple or just a hose to the air box? Did you get the car good and warm before flogging it? Without the coolant crossover and the exhaust stove hooked up, it'll take longer to warm, and it'll take the intake manifold quite some time to get fully warmed up and hot to the point that it'll evaporate and gas that hits it on the bottom. How long was it bogging for?

Ozone is generated in most (if not all) distributor caps. I donot know the exact molecular composition of ozone, but it is quite similar to NO2. It is a small amount, so do not expect to star in FF3, but there is enough to have an effect on your combustion efficiency and overall gas mileage. Costs nothing, and with gas prices today, ever bit helps. I have ths done on my car as well. Fires right up, my mileage has taken an increase of about 10+ mpg. I also aligned my spark plugs so that the electrode faces the fuel injectors. For better answers hit p MPGmike here thru PM or you can ask him to give you a call.

I was also thinking about unhooking the the coolant lines from the intake manifold but then heating the fuel like mpgmike did.http://fueleconomytips.com/index.php...d=136&Itemid=1 Only I was thinking of useing the heater lines to heat the fuel because they would heat up faster. Or would I be better of leaveing the coolent lines on the intake manifold?

Many experimenters prefer to heat the fuel and run a cold air intake. Dense intake charge and readily vaporized fuel, best of both worlds.
