Were there TII SBEC's other than the VNT? I'm not sure but I don't think so. I thought all TIIs were smec.

Actually, I learned last night that I have access to a 90 VNT SBEC so I may just try both. The G head flows a bit better so the extra fuel of the 2.5 cal may not be an issue. Spark curves on the other hand...may just make it a dog. We shall see.

I have the fuel pressure gage, it would just mean picking up an AFPR, and experimenting with the pressures. It is done all the time with oversize injectors.

The 88 K car harness is easier to swap into a L-body. You then can run 2.2/2.5 T1 cals or a T2 cal. I understand that you have the 90 harness already, there are people that will burn you a chip to let you run a 2.2 T2 on SBEC. You could pm Shel-Game he might be able to help you.

90 was the last year for the T2, I'd use that or the VNT computer. No reason the 2.5 computer wouldn't work, just not gonna be optimal.

It'll work fine, just keep the boost down, I melted mine down at 12psi, using a stock turbo with a TO4E comp housing and 50 trim wheel,

Funny how the garretts only go up to 89 then. http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_turbo.html
Also dosn't seem to be a vacume diagram for it.... http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_vacuum.html
I am talking a 2.2 T2 with a A568 and SMEC since being a 90 it would have both of them IE no hold overs like the 90 TC's.

sorry, must have been mistaken, happens from time to time, didn't have to be a blank about it.
