Speaking of ITB stuff, I came across these pics of the adjustable rear sway bar setup I built on that car. I also have the same setup on my SC. On the SC I triangulated the pads for the pillow blocks for more rigidity, but it's otherwise pretty much the same. I also have coilovers and Koni's on the SC. What can I say, I like to turn corners. As I recall the bar (1") and arms were a custom made length for me by speedway engineering. The pillow blocks are available at McMaster-Carr or Grainger as are the rod ends. If you ever want to do this mod, just make sure everthing thing is perfectly straight before welding and drilling. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the ITB Charger had a fuel cell so there was no spare tire well. On the SC, the bar goes right through the well.

Figured I would finally post some pics of my $500 ITB Racer!
Needs a little work, maybe some wax, a little duct tape and it will be just like new.

I found this site and if you look at 1985 for the Charger and Turismo it says the HO was standard unless you got the automatic. I have an 86 Turismo and it has the HO 5spd. So who's info is correct?

Gut it, throw a cage in it, get some good tires, and suspension......that last one might not be possible without selling an organ or two....

First read the rules and decide what class you want to end up in, and if you care about winning or not.
