I need to know where both of those parts are located on a 1991 Spirit 2.5l Non-turbo.

The TPS will be the sensor exactly opposite your throttle actuation bracket. It has 3 wires. The fuel pressure regulator is the gold colored round thing right on top of the throttle body. It has 3 screws holding it on.
