Yep my GLH H/O can chirp 4th gear! This past weekend me and a friend installed a turbo clutch and flwheel into my GLH and know I can catch rubber in the first 4 gears! The car is an '84 GLH w/ a 62k mile bottom end, Ghead shaved .030''c.r. is about 10.2:1), MP 767 cam, MP largetube header w' a 2.25'' exhaust(muffler, glasspack, no cat), and a gutted airbox. It has stock wheels and stock size(195/50/15) tires. It needs a little tuning, and the carb runs out of gas at about 5700rpms! I have the MP mount on the front and a stock soft mount on the pass. side and trans mount. I cant wait to get my MP autocross springs on it! Im very impressed with the car right now! Its a complete blast to drive! Even one of my camaro buddys said it was impressive! Im hopping for mid to low 10s in the 1/8th mile.
