All I want to know is if I where to put a 2.5 TBI into my car that used to have a 2.2 TBI engine in it, would I need to switch computers???

Ideally, yes. You'd want the proper fueling and ignition timing curves that only the 2.5 tbi computer will deliver. That said, a 2.2 computer can work, the 02 sensor may be able to make up the difference in fuel required, or it may not fully be able to make up for the fuel requirments. I've heard some people say it'll run great, and others say it'll run but rough at times or wanting to stall. I'm sure it makes a difference year-to-year of the computer you are using, so you take your chances. It should work, but no guarantie.

you really don't need to change computers. I've done a lot of these swaps and haven't noticed any driveablity issues.
