I said 7HP because I was reading a while back about some m90 setup that claimed that that was what it took to drive it, dunno whether that was a measured figure, or anally extracted.

Get a big vacuum motor.... hook it up to a 12v dimmer switch, and you can control the boost that way!

The only use for those BS electric "superchargers" is to cool our PCMs.

Its not a bad idea that he at least thought about it.

Perhaps it doesn't work.. but instead of saying "Can you tell me how to do this or show me how you did that", he came up with an idea and asked for opinions.

Also.. on my TBI car, I have a hard time getting cool air into my car, I've often considered a fan as a way to suck cool air into my intake.. even if it isn't pressurized, at least it wouldn't be 900 degrees..

I suppose if you went and put 3 ft more of intake duct on to draw air from somewhere cool then it might at least overcome friction losses on that, however, it would warm the air up a bit just from thrashing at it.

I tried the cool air thing with extra piping on my tbi, did nothing.
