Can you use a T1 Tank and sender with a carb (N/A) car???

I want to use a mechanical fuel pressure regulator and get rid of the mechanical pump. Run all new lines and loose the charchol filter and most of the vac lines.

Still undecided if I will be running a 36/32DVG, or 40DCOE's....

Just make sure you turn the pressure down to about 6 psi max. Otherwise the electric fuel pump can override the floats and flood the carb.
