i rewired my race car and dont know where to run the 2 wire for the duty valve

you don't, throw out that carb and get a weber dgv. you'll have way better performance and reliability in your race car

i dont plan on using this carb but wanna get the car running with tthis carb till i can get a weber carb therfore i need to know where to run these wires

you actually dont need to wire that solenoid for it to run. it's a fuel enrichment valve very similar to a power valve that most carbs have. basically, it is an electrically controlled power valve instead of vacuum controlled. the only problem you would have by not connecting would be a lean condition under load
