Just wondering if there are any options for a TBI header? I have a 93 voyager that the cat is rattling on so I'm looking for something to replace the manifold and downpipe.

the TBI header as it is known is a TBI cast manifold cut into a turbo manifold.

Just get a tube header for any of the carb cars to replace it all. Remember poly front and rear mounts are required with a header.

Ah, well thank you for that. I was hoping that there would be a short tube header option, but I'll start looking out for a long tube. I have a long tube on my neon, so I know about having to use solid mounts, a solid bobble might be enough by itself, but a front mount might be in order too.

I love those tbi/5spd vans. Thats how mine started. I ran mine at the track and it did 18.2@73 consistently but it sure felt better than that from 0-50 or so. A slow vehicle but somehow very responsive, and i avg'd 27mpg too.

Around town it's averaging 22-23 with my wife driving. Definitely feels faster than I know it is. Took it to NJ and back and it got 26 mpg at 75mph made me quite happy.

Whats bad is i bought a turbo/auto van with issues running 13 psi intercooled and on the drive home i raced the turbo van vs the tbi van and it was about dead even. I think the turbo van's cam timing was off. I took that motor and put it in my aries with a new belt and it ran great so i never totally verified the issue. Funny friggin race tho.
