How do you figure?

Turbo is a bolt on, exhaust would have to be fabricated, but thats about it. Wiring the TBI shouldnt be too bad, and plumbing in an electric fuel pump wont be that difficult. As far as 12's......crank up the boost, and add a shot of nitrous.

Turbo rods? Turbo head? I hate to tell you this but there is nothing special about a Conquest/Starion head vs the head you already have. And the con rods are the same as a carb motor. No difference between a turbo and the rods you have. Whoever tells you different is mis-informed.

theres some place in minitruckin mag that actually specializes in toyota but they are a weber dealer, cant remember the name, the webers are tricky to tune but hes done alot of them. He always has old school minitrucks, just another fat guy in a little truck

talk to a shop that builds mitsu 2.6's for dirt track, all the gus use them because they're a dime a dozen and have large displacement, they really move with no emissions stuff just bare engine

I know Pierce Manifolds has one for the 70's era Colt, but they don't specify if its for the 1.6L or the 2.0L. The 2.0L if I remember right is what the 2.6L was based on. Think I'm gonna email them and find out.....

i can use an exhaust manifold from a quest....im talking to a fello that has a turbo setup for an 83 2.6L.
