MY N/A 2.2l Van just started putting oil out of the breather big time. I have a sump jar and have put in ring sealer. That helps and the oil consumption is better now. I had to get the non-foul plug protectors because of the oil on the plugs. Of course! I was driving the other day when I noticed the engine skipped and bucked when I was at 65mph. I pulled of of the road and saw that the #3 plug blew it's center out and the wire off. It was glowing too. I have replaced it since and went with a hotter plug( I took off the anti-foul protector). Now the #2 is doing it. It was get so damn hot with the non-foulers or inside of them that it cooks the plug. Any ideas? I'm looking at getting a warrantied motor for $400 w/ 85k on it.
