'94 2.5 TBI Dakota has a slow return to idle

I have a '94 2.5 tbi Dakota with a stick. For the last few months off and on it has had a slow return to idle and sometimes I have to blip the throttle a little to get it to settle back down to an idle. The local dealer ran a scan on it and found nothing wrong and the check engine light has never came on. Anybody have any ideas?

the idle air motor is either sticking or slow.. ive also had it happen that the part of the harness that controls that motor will lose connection if it gets moved a certain way.
