Here's my check list:
-voltage to injector should be battery voltage of 14.5 or less (13.2 min.) Too much voltage probably won't harm the injector but...
-Fuel filter completely rusted on the inside and is passing junk to the injector. Btw, when was the last time that was changed?
-deteriating metal fuel line between that freshly replaced fuel filter and the TB contributing rust to the fuel supply.

If you have more information that would help.

thanks for the reply. the problem seems to be the injector after about two weeks starts to dump too much fuel and i get real poor milage. replaced both the computer and logic mod. and the fuel reg. snap on scanner shows code always running rich but the inj. p.w. is normal. the o2 sensor is pegged at .98 i have no way of testing the fuel pres. but i suspect its too high possible damaging the injector. could the pump be putting out to much pressure? as i stated once a new injector is install the motor runs perfect for about two weeks thanks again bob

If your getting rebuilt injectors, there probably bad. I stopped using rebuilt ones and by new unless my customer is a non-regular and insists on a rebuilt one. If they are indeed rebuilt, get brand new one, bet it lasts longer than the car.
High fuel pressure won't damage it either!
