I finaly got my daytona running, but now its not running very happy. I had to replace the fuel tank/pump/sending unit do to rust in the tank. I replaced it all with the parts from a 84 turbo daytona. I dont know if the pumps are any different but this is the only thing i can think of thats making my car run like it is. The way it is acting is like it is flooding out under acceleration. I know the stock 2.5L tbi engine doesnt have alot of balls but still this is terrible. would the different pump make a difference at all? I have replaced the o2 sensor, cap/rotor, plug wires, plugs(not sure if there the right ones), and fuel filter. Is there anything else i should check to see if its running bad? The car at the moments throwing a code 23, I have played with the temp sensor on the TB but it still wont take the code away. how long do codes normaly stay in the computer? Well somebody help please, im getting 5mpg and its eating my wallet to just drive the dang thing.
HELP
