what kind of power can these things make on a 2.2? i was just thinking of goind with a s/c in my omni. but i plan on doing a lot of drag racing.

i am not completely sure but i believe those kits were designed for a tbi, maybe 150hp max sure it can do more but turbo is easier!!!!

i know turbo is easier, but a supercharger would be way fun. im just curious how much power they can make.

the dc ones and the b+m ones were designed for a carb car.

Fyi Putting A Tubo On A Non Turbo Car Is A Lot Harder Because Of All The Electronics Involved

Point is that the comment I replied to had nothing to do with TD's. A swap is much easier then trying to even locate an SC setup....let alone get it to run as decently.

it really is not as difficult as it sounds, and can be done reliable, its part of my plan for my car, but i have experience in designing supercharger systems since its my part of my job, so that helps..cough mp62 cough...
