I still like the blower setup frostburner! To your knowledge is there a company that produces clutched pulleys? I tried researching it while I was supposed to be working today and came up empty handed!

easiest thing would be to buy a mercedes blower, they are the mp45 3rd generation i believe and use an electronic clutch to engage and disengage, they use a 6 rib pulley i believe
