NOT worth the money. Total snake oil.
The only successful electric-driven S/C is from Thomas Knight Turbos (
www.boosthead.com), and that system uses three starter motors (aka MAJOR AMP DRAW!) to turn a compressor housing to produce anywhere from 5-10 PSI of boost. Problem is, to reliably use it, you'd need to purchase another battery for each of the starter motors that turn the compressor and that leads to a lot of increased body weight.
And on top of THAT, the charge is only good for 1,
maybe two runs. After that, you'll need to let the car run (for quite a long time) with a high-output alternator or put the batteries on mobile chargers to get them to recharge completely for another run.
In short, don't waste money on an incredible gimmick like this one. Go with the real thing; get a REAL method of forced induction.
