on a 2.2/2.5 you could pull the ac compressor out and stick the m90 in that bracket then all you would need is a belt that was the right size (run it off the ac pully) and maybe a tensioner. then build a plate with a charge pipe coming out (mounted on the bottom of the super) which you will then run either to an IC or to the throttle body/TBI/carb

too easy, if you can weld a lil bit

The Lightning uses an M112. The M112 is good for 400-450HP, the M90 ~300-350; M62 ~230-250

I just got a customers M62 in today. After we get a kit set up for the neons, we'll do one for our older turbo dodge stuff. I thought the Lightning used the M90, so does the Cobra mustang also use the M112?? An M90 may be a good set up for a higher output set up for our cars then.

Please, keep us informed on your progress (on the Neon, but especially for the good ol' 2.2).

On our motor, it would work perfect for those who have removed the a/c and are using a neon head. You have a direct shot for the snout to go. the 2.2 one will have to have a new intake with it and something done with the ps. But I'll cross that bridge when it gets here. a M90 on a 4cyl would be a demon of a little set up.

negative ghostrider, use a t1/t2 intake, and build a plate for the charge side of the super with a pipe welded on. then you can run the pipe straight to an fmic and another pipe right to the TB

i can draw a pic if you want

The Lightning and the S/C Cobra both used the M112. The Roush S3 Mustangs use the M90...

the M90 may be of use for us, but I think the M112 is waaay too damn big. But you never know. With an A/C delete, you would be able to run it like a turbo and use an intercooler like David said.

Has no one ever seen this?

That's how I'd like to mount my M90, right on top of the Plenum.

It would be far easier to make a plate on the A/C and remote mount it. You'll get much better gains if you use a intercooler and can use the larger M90 or even the M112 going this route. It would cost less as well because we wouldn't have to machine a new intake manifold. You could use a turbo intake manifold and electronics.

holy crap thats awesome! but we were talkin bout mounting em on 2.2/2.5s that setup will work great as long as you can get away with no intercooler, may want to add some baffles inside the 3.0 intake to ensure equal air distribution. looks like he built a double bolt plate to mount the super (bolt super to plate, bolt plate to plenum) looks to be a fairly easy (and VERY NASTY looking ) setup

I remember that page from a while ago. It would be nice with the 5spd and an intercooler going on... Too bad it won't all fit under the hood...

It looks like you could machine a new upper part of the intake and reduce the overall height to make it fit a little better. I have a feeling there will be a kit out for the 2.2 and 2.5 dodges before too long.
