I need some help with the different 2.4 setups. Here is my plan, tell me where I'm messing up.
98 Dakota with the jeep 2.5-engine sucks..
It has the AX-15 tranny

Parts I can get cheap..
2.4 from Stratus 96 or 97
SRT rods/pistons
SRT turbo/exhauste
I have an intercooler.
Stratus underhood wiring
Jeep Liberty 2.4 bellhousing

What is the best exhauste to use? SRT turbo/manifold or the mexican manifold and use a T2 turbo?

I think I will have to use a Liberty or Wrangler 2.4 oil pan..right?

wiring issues?? the 2.5 in the Dakota now has a cranks sensor and a pickup in the dist,,don;t think its a hall effect like the td dist. wonder if I could use this signal for the 2.4 cam sensor?

Fuel pump..walbro 225??

I want to do this right,,no hack job. I need some input before I start collecting parts.

Will the later SRT-4 parts work on the older 2.4 heads/blocks?

What are the difference between the 2.4 NA, 2.4 magnums, 2.4 turbo??

I am about to sale my 98 Dakota, bought me a Hunda Civic to use as a work car, it gets better MPG. I still have my 02 Dakota. Wanna buy the 98? I have $2800 in it, let me know and I'll send you the details.
