I used the bell housing, clutch release bearing and fork from a 1994-95 Dodge Dakota with the 2.5 eng. The transmission is an R154 from a 1988-1992 Toyota Supra turbo. Stock Chrysler 2.2/2.5 turbo flywheel and any pressure plate that fits this flywheel, any clutch disk that fits the 1990 Toyota pick-up with a 2.4 eng. There's no doubt more options out there but this is what I used. You'll also need a front bearing cover off an AX15 transmisson and some kind of pilot bearing adapter. Sorry about the slow response but I don't log on very often in the Summer when the weather is nice.

As for the clutch, do you have any tips on what other options there are. I would like to have something that holds 500hp(tq?) in a tona.

Running the factory 1988 electronics with a FWD Performance custom tuned computer. At least I was until last week, just made the switch to E85. Now running a Ladybug60 cal. with 120lb injectors. I'm still in the tuning process hope to have it running half way decent for the dyno day coming up next weekend at a local shop.
$35 for 3 pulls with wide band!!

I'm not sure what will hold at that power level. I run the dual diaphram pressure plate with a 4 puck disk it seems to hold ok after it's broke in good. But I only got one season out of the last one before it started slipping. Maybe glazed from all the city driving??

Not that i know much on the 2.2/2.5 dodge motors (new to the cars) but that chunk of the cylinder wall that broke, that looks to be a very weak point from the factory, not much metal in that area, decent sized coolant ports though so maybe if the block was made larger so the ports could be the size they are but have the extra cast metal between ports and the bore could that have helped? the bores arent very thick either and that combined with the thinned area between the bore and water ports to the actual outside cast of the block seems like a problem area.

Well from what I have seen that isn't a typical breakage point. Most of the time the pistons go way before a cylinder. These blocks are pretty strong, they have a high nickel content.
