Yes the colt is going under the sawzal in a few months going to mini tub it for a 10" tire and have ladder bars with coilovers installed then i could turn the boost up and chase down those toyotas/mazdas the 7" slicks got a little hairy on the big end plus im tired of bending the leafsprings.

thats the problem with the 71-73 colts 7" tire max thats 26" tall yes going to have to cut the frame rails .A friend of mine runs and ownes a chassis shop mph fabrications in north haven ct he gave me a price that i couldnt refuse so the colt goes there in march thats the first openning he has. the frame rail on my car is the inner wheel tub so it has to be cut out and reinforced he said about a week and the car will be done.he did the cage cert.ed for 8.50's took him 2 days .

Post some pictures up when you start cutting. I haven't finished my back half on my Arrow yet.

LMK what you are going to do with those traction bars. I could use 'em! BTW how wide are your leaf springs?
