Actually the same fuel pressure ...might be bad if its the same a 3 and 8 thousand.

And am I the only one that thinks the same fuel pressure for 8 psi @ 3000 rpm and 8 psi @ 6000 rpm is a bad thing?

why wouldn't the fuel for 8 psi @ 3000 and 6000 rpms not be the same?

Right now my pulse widths at WOT don't change hardly at all. And if you add the extra fuel pressure, the pulse widths will still be the same as before.

The kit for $189 that I linked to comes with everything except for the 9 pin cable to connect your laptop and the 37 pin connector to connect ms to the car. To run EDIs you'd have to visit a wrecker and buy those parts seperately. You can also run the stock Distributor but I haven't looked into that so I cant say for sure how to wire it up.

It's my under standing that the factory regulator is a 1:1 regulator. If it is not you wil need a 1:1 regulator (increases fuel pressure 1 psi for every 1 psi of boost). A RRR might be useful if you're running huge injectors and cant get the pulse widths small enough to allow the motor to run properly at idle and cruise without lowering the fuel pressure.

If you're running boost I recommend taking control of the spark for boost retard. If not you'll have to retard your base timing which will take a way a bit from your fuel economy and performance when out of boost.

You are right, it doesnt matter. pulsewidth only should change as volumetric efficienty or load changes. You just get the injectors firing more often with higher rpms. Of course, when rpms get really high, then you run out of time to have the injectors open so you need bigger injectors.
