Is it that white chewy cheese almost like bitting into gum? That is good cheese. If you can find a mexican or spanish "bodega" they sell it here.

YEAH! Its very very firm and doesnt like to melt unless it gets really hot. I like the firmness. When you are making quesadillas its very tempting to eat the cheese before you ever put it in the pan.
I went to a mexican grocery but they deal mostly in queso fresca, that wet white stuff.
Wikipedia says
"Queso Chihuahua or Chihuahua cheese is a soft white cow's-milk cheese of Mexican origin available in braids, balls or rounds. The cheese is named after its place of origin, the Mexican state of Chihuahua. It is also called queso menonita, after the Mennonite communities of northern Mexico that first produced it. This cheese is now made by both Mennonites and non-Mennonites throughout the state and it's sold all over the country.
Queso Chihuahua is good for melting, and is similar to a mild cheddar or Monterey Jack. It may be used in queso fundido (a fondue-like cheese dip), chili con queso, or sauces."

Took the clutch off. There wasnt as much heat damage as the clutch that I left in the car for a few race visits. I dont think I am going to replace the face on the fidanza.
Return the setup to Clutchnet. Have them rebuild the disc and refund the pressure plate so I can buy a better one. Probably a T U dual diaphragm.

You better talk with Chris BEFORE you order your PP. He uses proprietary discs which require matching pressure plates. It's not something *I* agree with, but that's what he does. Most of the people I know that run his clutch kits have nothing but good things to say about them.
If you DO get the dual diaphragm, either get the one that has the two TI plates, or have the pivot points changed so thatt he pedal isn't so blasted heavy! After running one myself, and experiencing another in a friend's car, I honestly can say that DD is not driver friendly, nor is it parts friendly.

The only thing I am really worried about are the straps on the plate.
All I really want is a clutch that grabs for the few times I ever drive the car.
I dont know what he could do to make the pressure plate not "clamp" unless he totally changed the thickness of his discs or changed the diameter.
I wouldnt buy from him if it wont work as I have no need for one of his discs.
Both vendors massively overcharge for ceramic discs.
I loved the +40% sachs plate that I got from eurodrive years ago. While the disc was sketchy, that plate was great. The valeo plates dont even feel like stock. I miss the days when TIII diaphragms actually existed.

He told me at SDAC that his discs use a thicker pad than what you would normally find on other vendor's clutches for "extended service life"(I beleive those were the words). Hence the thickenss of the PP Has to be changed from what he told me. I was also told about a new project that did include possibly having the disc diameter enlarged, but that shouldn't affect the PP.
Beleive me, the DD PP WILL grab. Period. It might actually grab TOO much.
I don't know about them overcharging for ceramic discs. Mine was a comperable price, but I didn't have to pay shipping and I had it within 2 days locally.
Anyways...I'm patiently waiting for a response from a cltuch company about a possible custom twin disc set-up...

I am not too happy about the proprietary thing, and I know that cindy has some ridiculous 3 week or more wait (aka who knows when you get your clutch).
If all else fails I might try eurodrive because I saw on their website they sell dual diaphragms.
It would be nice if chris sold me a normal DD preferably with 3-4 straps.

Holsets cost less then a T3/t4. Kinda blows your point out of the water.
My turbo is what I call a mistake turbo. I bought upgrade parts for 300-400 dollars that I couldnt use on my ebay turbo so I had to buy exhaust parts and modify a different real garret turbo i bought years ago to create a frankenstein.

Using some math that aaron 8v gave me I used a clutch calculator.
With an 8.75" disc, a 2800# plate should hold 700 crank tq
So i am going to ask for a 2800# DD plate from Chris. I had to measure the thickness of my disc because it is thinner (less life) then the ones he sells.
....
Purchase made. Now we play the waiting game. I mailed my clutchnet stuff back. I dont know how much of a refund I am going to get. I probably wont get what I deserve..which is a refund for both plates that failed.

Actually I guess its gonna be a 3300# plate. Machining would cost extra and Id rather try the cheaper version and if I hate it, buy another one that isnt so strong.

If I get the parts in time to dyno, I am going to try to have things turned up to 16psi boost, and then when i get to the dyno, pull the boost controller for the first run to do 6psi and then put it back on to see 16psi.
I wish it had a healthy set of rings because i am quite certain it will not get amazing power numbers.
