Very happy. I pulled the rocker assembly and oil shot out the head onto the driveway when I turned it over. That means simple rocker assembly problem I need to fix. I have extra parts if it comes down to it. YAY>

Oil problem fixed. The tube that the rockers move on was turned 180 degrees.

Put it all back together and no start. Nice huge flame out the exhaust manifold though. Some timing thing must be off. Im quite pissed though cause I checked the distributor position when I was doing the cam timing. I guess I can do a compression test to see if its the cam timing or the ignition timing.

hahaha, awesome. I didnt think the sparkplugs being wet was a problem. Just for kicks i pulled them out, and cleaned them with a propane torch. Car starts up. WOOOOOOOOOOOOT.

Now I gotta fix the oil pump/pan leak I created when I stupidly retorqued the bolts.

Car is running with the turbo on.

47# injectors are in.
I tried to get the base pressure down to 20 psi but the gauge just reads 40 psi........I think the gauge might be off by 20 psi. It reads 20 psi all the time right now when the car is off.

Wideband is reading 12-13 A/F ratio on cold idle.
Tons of smoke because there is a lot of oil being burned plus there was a lot in the chambers to begin with.

I called Bellengineering to make sure I had my rising rate regulator hooked up right. apparently I didnt mess that up, but Im still not sure.

I am going to try putting my air compressor to the regulator and see if I can get fuel pressure to increase by pretending it is seeing boost. Make sure that is working.

The engine is reving as if the TPS sensor is unplugged. Also the turbo spit out a little bit of oil (actually spit it out the wrong way, out of the turbo inlet. Not sure what thats about.

I'm speechless.

Biggest darn turbo I ever saw.

It must be very hard waiting, to make sure it is all AOK, before you drive it.

I'd put a heatshield between the hot side of that turbo and your master cylinder..
I bet that setup would be a blast in my wife's 96 caravan.. hahaha..

what is weird for me, is that this turbine housin is physically much smaller then the previous one I was using, but this turbine housing with the P trim Wheel will support 700+whp.
Previous turbo had a huge turbine housing, and the wheel was only the size of a stage V. it was also .96 a/r and this new turbine is .63.

The other housing was bigger? I wonder why this one looks bigger to me?

Not Jet hotted.

I ran the car 1200 miles last year with the downpipe like that, no problems. On the spirit I had the seal removed from the rear of the hood to help get hot air out also.
