Im sure at least my bearings are toast, maybe the crank too.

BTW, 3rd gear torque steer from wheelspin on only 5 psi boost.

so now Im gonna have to replace,

Rod bearings
main bearings

check cams (im prety sure they are pissed off) I heard a nice high pitched groan that Im thinking was the cam (thats when I turned off the engine).
Hope cylinders are okay.

Well i do know that if this stupid thing runs it will be a lot of fun next year at the track.
Im certain it will run mid 12's on 6psi boost. Makes me really love headwork and cams, and hate the stock stuff.

I was certain there was something wrong with my Tial38 letting me see too much boost......till I looked at the datalogs. I was just trying to seat the rings, but to hit the gas at all was scary.

Damn Brent, everyone here is practically as pissed as you. We're here waiting with anticipation for this project to finish and you keep running into MAJOR problems. I know they're not your fault, it's still aggravating for us. I am praying for you and your car.

I think something on my oil feed tap is leaking.
I did plenty of wrong stuff. I should have shut the car down sooner, but I didnt think the stock oil light was working and there was no light on my mechanical gauge plus when I looked I thought it was just acting up.

I just really hope the camshafts are okay.
Replacing the bearings and crank isnt going to kill me like fixing heads again. Plus I can do it without removing any pistons so it wont require complete engine dissasembly.

One problem I had with seeing this oil leak is once I put the intercooler on, I cant really see under the front of the car when its not on jackstands.

Oh and my crank is balanced so I dont like the idea of putting in a new one.

I actually had thought that the stock light wasnt working (aka staying on when I was testing stuff, but I think that was from being unplugged or who knows what) When it finaly turned on I just thought (oh stupid light on again) Then I looked at the mechanical gauge later but my mind already decided to ignore the light even thoughthe gauge said nothing.
