lol Yeah, I have been dragging my feet with this thing. But the good news, I got the damn oil pan to fit! Now I just need to get an intermediate (sp? Its late) seal, I guess the cam seals are different, as its just a little smaller than the one I took out.

I got started.... I cut up my new fancy ass windage tray/baffle. lol But, yeah, its kinda sad. My car should have been running months ago. Meh, nothing like getting a "race" (not that its going to be uber fast) car going just in time for spring... I wished I would have gotten that VNT daytona from Brett awhile back.
You need to get your done though so I can use your experience with dropping in motors and trans all at once. In other words, I would like your help.

Sure, I finish a crapload of school stuff tonight (thursday) then I should be dropping my motor/trans again friday or saturday.

I have a test this next comming Wed-Sat which I have a LOT of reading for......so I wont really have much time to travel up north till I take that test.......Child development class rocks my world. I read that textbook like 1 page/10 minutes.

I would like to get my car running well enough that I can take some money from Geoff and his LS1.
I might not even have to run more then 6psi boost lol.

Anyways, my oil pan is on. I put an additional washer under each lifter so I should now be getting the full benefits of my cams. Put the heads back together, valve cover on, lower intake on......

Now when I have time I will put the timing belt on, flywheel, clutch blah blah tranny. then drop motor/trans in car.

Cool. I wont have much time this weekend to work on it anyway. I will help with gas money when you come up, its a long ways from happy valley. As far as Jeff, I cant wait for that! He has NO idea what he is getting himself into! lol Not only do I want to film this, but I want to put some money on you as well. I would love to take some of his money and shut him up at the same time. His comment about VHT not helping a FWD car was about the funniest thing I have ever heard. What did he think they would put it on the rear tires of Chads car? lol Speaking of which, the offer to use my drag radials is still open and will be any time you need them. Where can we get some VHT? I will show up early and pull a Waldo and prep the street for ya! lol
