I could be wrong here, but I dont think you should get any reading on the injector ground unless the circuit is active.

well 15.6 is the impendence of the injectors............
and my problem is only on 2 cylinders. I havent found something yet that will explain those 2 cylinders.
I got another injector harness just for kicks that I will clean up and use with the custom intake. At least with the custom intake manifold, the injector harness clip ins for the injectors are easy to get to.

Well look what finally showed up. Missing a washer but I can remedy that.

My transmission guy just showed up and took 3 of my transmissions. I guess he is going to see if he can rebuild the small spline trans and if not then he will dig into the others for parts.

Im thinking about advancing them a lot since my peak HP is probably 300+rpms above my rev limit lol.

Then I also might not lean out so much near redline......maybe.
Need so many things.......like megasquirt :P To much stupid mechanical stuff first.
I want the trans situation finished.
Right now Im installing diamante cams in my spirit and doing another test with the custom intake manifold.

what I dont like is they weigh like 300 grams more then stock. 768g vs like 463g stock
The stock mitsu gears are 713g (reason why they are worthless and no one should ever use them). Ive convinced a few 3000gt guys with sohc motors to change to the chrysler cam gears because of how much lighter they are.

hmmm, more rotating mass.... now is the adjustment plate made of steel or aluminum? if its steel, i can see how it would be heavier.

well the adjustable gear is basically the 713g mitsu gear with a tiny bit removed to fit on a big aluminum plate.
Thats why it weighs more.

Didn't you have to send them cores? I thought that they required cores to do those gears....or maybe that's just when they first started doing them...

I paid a core charge so they used someone elses cores.
the shipping is basically the same as the core charge so not much point mailing them your cores (I do have some mitsu gears here.........and they are worthless).

Did figure out today that class II hitch is good enough to pull a tow dolly with my duster on it and it only costs 99 bucks. I had been thinking I needed a class III custom hitch.

Then I will need to afford a tow dolly with electric brakes somehow....
That makes me happy still.

you got like a taylor rental or something out your way? i was able to rent a tow dolly (no brakes though, you need the electronic controller in the cab for that, and thats expensive) for $50/day when i towed my car to school last year. and all we used was a ball in the bumper of our S-10. as long as your tongue weight isnt too high you dont need anything fancy and with a tow dolly, there is little tongue weight due to the balance point being over the dolly's wheels. and the S-10 with a 2.2 automatic had no problem going 400 miles UPHILL it southwestern NY from CT, so as long as you got something equal to that or so, your good to go

well I plan on buying a tow dolly. To me thats a more important investment then just about anything else I can do. If I have to move I wont be able to drive both cars and there is a good chance driving one then flying back for the race car would be a HORRIBLE idea. Especially with the rarity that the car actually works.
