Here are pictures of the motor & heads I finallly got to pick up today.

+.096 forged venolias with Total seal chrome gaples top ring.
Shotpeened and resized rods
Balanced

I missplaced the order sheet on the way to the flowbench so I need to go back and see if I can get a copy.

heads have lots of work in them and $$ Valve guides and seals had to be adjusted to allow for .450" lift (retainer hits stock valve guide seal just past .350" lift).

87 cfm @ .100" lift This was very amazing The stock head only flowed 43.2 Crappy thing is I lost a few cfm .100"-.200" lift on exhaust
132 cfm @ .200" lift
184 cfm @ .300" lift
200 cfm @ .350" lift
210 cfm @ .400" lift
215 cfm @ .450" (cant measure the ported heads past there because valve guides are installed but you can see there would not be much gains lifting any higher).

Basically shows me that going much higher on cams (mine are .450" compared to the .350" stock valve lift) would not bring much gains and just cost a buttload since they would have to be custom billet cams.

Exhaust
137 cfm @ .350" lift
149 cfm @ .400" lift
156 cfm @ .450" lift
157 cfm @ .500" lift

I flowbenched these heads tonight alongside some stock heads. I am very happy with those results.

Intake

Exhaust

t3/t67 H.O. with H-cover upgrade.
My new turbo is in the middle (its not assembled so that is just the compressor part). My old turbo is on the right. Turbo on the left is a little T1 garret.

Got pissed tonight because 2 different autozones supposedly had waterpump gaskets in stock but someone had misplaced them.

Ive got the main seal on, the oil pump, the heads.....Havent actually torqued the heads down because i was spending a lot of time looking for bolts. Its been 8 month since I started this motor.

I got SUPER lucky and found a set of oil pump bolts sitting together in my shed.
Im also missing the small coolant pipe that bolts into the transmision bellhousing.

No more scholarship for me (gpa dropped below 3.7) so I wont have much of the green for my car. Luckily my rent is half in the summer.

Brent, I have a spare water pipe for above the bellhousing. I just got another "block" and they apparently gave me everything. Let me know if you need anything.
