it was an ebay cat, i can always resell it

so a 3" wont affect an NA motor too much, and will be good for a turbo? if i do that at the get-go, it would probably be a better investment as pointed out.

if for some reason you enjoy 1200 rpm racing, then it might bother you a little bit.
I personally think porting the plenum hurts low end more then exhaust. I just put a stock plenum and 46mm on my spirit for temporary use. still has full 3" exhaust.

No, I put my ported plenum and 58mm tb on my duser until I get my custom intake finished. I split the plenum but its not actually damaged.......It is made of 2 pieces and I blew out the seal a few times now.
Might have damaged the threads on one of the screws that holds it together though.
