You'll need high impedence injectors. Upgrade units for the ford mustang is a good place to start. I'm using Ford Performance 30# injectors in my 93 Lebaron.
Fuel pump is identical to the turbo pumps of the same years. Honestly, depending on your final fuel setup, you'll max it out around 250-260hp. That's about 8-10 psi on a 3.0L with boost.
Size of turbo is varying. But I'd be looking for a Mitsubishi 16G or 18G, Garrett T3/T4 hybrid with a 50 trim comressor mated to a stage II or III turbine wheel in a .63 A/R housing, or even a Holset HY35 would be a decent choice.
An intercooler for any turbo setup is "HIGHLY" recommended. Especially for a NA to turbo convert.
For reliability, go with forged pistons. But cast pistons will be just fine, as long as you keep detonation at bay. Rods are strong enough for anything you can throw at them. The 300hp 3000GT's have the exact same rods. And they are doing well on some of the 500+hp motors.
