Not sure what this has to do with the thread or any previous posts besides your own.

I guess I just find it strange to talk about ET in a motor thread... ET is about chasis tuning. MPH is about hp... Engines are about hp.

OK What is all this "Big P is a homo" crap about?

[on edit]

I just read in "the lounge" what this about, and I am grief stricken about it. Big P has no way of knowing if 93sundance's expressions of remorse are heartfelt or not, and what he said to him really is damn self righteous. Having said that I hate seeing the words "fag" and "homo" used that way.

Thats why I went off last night. At least I am trying to do better. I don't have any cars right now because I got in trouble on the road, and I think owning a car is the last thing I need at this time in my life. Building cars up and racing them is my only hobby right now, and its gone. I got rid of it to avoid getting in more trouble. I'm miserable right now, and I rarely have any fun. I might get beater next year to race at the track. If I do it will be stored at a friends house and he will have the key at all times to make sure I dont go driving. I don't think I would drive again without a license, but I need to make sure there is nothing to tempt me. I don't appreciate it when people keep reminding me of my past and call me a "peice of shit" because of what I did. If I am wasted like I was last night, I am going to go off on someone.
Sure, I made some huge mistakes, but I am not a piece of shit. I do not have a criminal mind, so I am detirmined to stay out of trouble from now on. sitting in jail for 24 days was enough for me.
The next step I need to make is to quit drinking. It's not going to be an easy thing for me to do. I am going to be put on house arrest for a while, because of what I did in April and May. I will have to quit drinking because my P.O. Will be allowed to stop in and check on me at any time. Drinking is a probation violation. I hope I am on house arrest long enough so when I am free again I won't want to pick up the bottle.
Well I said enough, and I am not going to clutter this thread with posts that are not related to acclaim200hp's question. If you have anything to say to me please send me a PM or say it in a different thread.

14.208 @ 96.96. IT had enough low end to run a better ET, but that was the best I could do without doing a one wheel peel from hell. I was going to put slicks on it and shoot for a 13.9 or better. I'm confident that If I still had the car it would be in the mid 13s next summer...N/A

Oh, josh, hassler has also run faster then you but he is a cheating turbo user like me.
That's right, I forgot about him. I was thinking of you and Rick, when he had the daytona with nitrous. Actually, I never seen any slips from Hassler, but I assumed he has gone faster.

I know your car is capable of running a better time than mine did. You just haven't done it yet

yeah, I'd say 96 is about the fastest it would go with no tail wind. It was capable of doing better though. The car needed some tuning. I had no idea what the timing was at, and it kept trowing the 02 sensor code too. I never put a voltmeter on the 02 sensor either. It might have needed more fuel in the mixture. I was running the stock fuel system. I mean bone stock. The fuel pump had a million miles on it.

If the O2 sensor is going out it will run rich usually not lean.

Well, I mean it might have needed more fuel when the 02 sensor was working properly. It started throwing the code the last few times I went to the track.
