also of note is i had to change my number of squirt from 6 to 2 because it was running rich and it was hovering around 1.6ms pw which is to low. keep that in mind those of you who will be using it and want to know how to program the fuel options. so now its at 2 squirt alternating and that brought my pw down to about 2.2ms.

I use mega log viewer 2.54, I plug the laptop in ,fire up Megatune , plug the usb stick in, Go for a nice ride ( missfires / stalls / surges / Pings ) 1-2 miles

get home pull usb stick (my laptops slow as S***) and use the home pc to run mlv do the ve analysis, save as current msq, reload to MS....

I'm surprised on how well supported MS is.... Sorry if i'm off topic

That's how I used to have to do it. Megatune now has Autotune though. If you enable it while driving it will fine tune your Ve table for you. I know MS2 is planned to have a built in self correcting feature similar to the OEM ECU's. I'm not sure if it implemented yet

m90daytona, this might help you out. i got this timing map from one of the boosted guys over on club3g.com it should be close to what the 12v can do timing wise, you will have to scale and average it out to fit MS 12x12 table but its better than nothing im thinking

oh i thought you where talking about my ms settings. my distributer is set at 6 degrees btdc right now. i may change that later using trigger wizard. you are supposed to do it after the car is idling right and warmed up but i havent got the idling part down yet.

i finally got the iac to work! i also mentioned in my other thread that i got the tach to work in the car. i was using the 680ohm resistor but that made my ms lose the tach signal randomly so i am now using a 470ohm reistor. i will let you know what happens.

the bad news: the idle is still to high and i think i figured out how to fix it. there are no vacuum leaks. when i plug the throttle body the car dies. however, when i plug the iac the car idles perfectly at 700rpm. so i need an iac that closes the whole way in order to make this work i have been using the jeep iac so i was wondering if anyone knew if our factory iac closes the whole way? anyone done the jeep t/b? what year iac do you use?

never mind...i got the car to idle finally. i had to get a diffrent iac. one for a 95 jeep worked just fine. the iac is now wired correctly and programmed correctly. now i think its time to use autotune. i need to get a more accurate afr table and then we will see how that goes.
