Throttle body spacer? I found an Airaid throttle body spacer on part.com for our cars. Anyone know anything about these?

Good question... What IS the advantage of a TB spacer with our cars? I could see maybe with a different setup, but not our cars...

Not much I'm guessing. they were originally made for carbed cars to give the air/fuel more velocity i think. On our motors I think the only good thing from them would be more plenum volume.

More plenum volume and a little more insulation for a Cold Air Intake if you have one installed. Plenum spacers do a lot to cool the engines incoming air.
