I'm ready to try the swap into my 92 lebaron 3.0 auto. If anyone has a 5 spd and all the necessary items that go with it, please let me know. I haven't found anything local yet - but I'm still looking. Will a 5 spd from a mitsubishi 3.0 work?

Thanks!

Would you be interested in a '93 GTC convertible that already has a 5 speed in it? It is all done-- you can drive it home.

I'm definitely interested. I'm in Texas, which is a pretty good drive from Illinois. The price would have to be right. Fill me in on the details...

I've got EVERYTHING needed for the swap. 1990 3.50 geared 543 which was rebuilt by my local transmission shop with new seals and carrier bearings and diff pin, brand new in the box T2/T3 clutch from TU, freshly machined flywheel, new shifter bushings and solid bobble strut from TU, and the shifter, cables, pedals, and K frame (from a P body '94 Sundance).

Not sure I want to sell it all just yet, but I might be thinking about it.

I was all set to swap a fresh V6 and 543 into my '93 Shadow, but my brother has been taking up his garage space for MONTHS with stupid waste of time car projects, and I haven't found another place to do the job yet.

I'm thinking of buying another car IF I can get the $$$ (and that's a real big "if" at this point), and if I do succed in that, then this 5 speed swap kit and a nice 73K mile 3.0 with fully rebuilt top end and custom ground cams will be for sale.

PM me with a phone number.
