I need to know how much boost it is capable of making, and do i need to keep the factory downpipe flange(turndown) or is there anyone who has the flange to take the factory one down and run the downpipe straight out? its confusing but i need to know so i can get my piece of crap running.

Sorry, I don't have an answer for either of those questions but you might want to rephrase that into how much hp it is capable of supporting rather than how much boost. Someone might be able to answer that question a little bit easier since boost is dependent on a lot of things. Goodluck

A TE04H is too small for a 2.2 or 2.5, it's pretty much game over on a 3.0. I tried mapping it out using the compressor map and there is no way to keep it out the choke area, the turbo is just WAY too small.

The ones off dodge? People with 2.2 don't even want them and you want to put it on your 3.0?

Those TE04H's would make a halfway decent twin setup for a 3.0L. But one would just be horrible. Sorta like running a TD04-14b on the 3.0L. You'll have boost at idle and run out after 3000 rpms.

Actually, 14b's have a TD05H turbine housing, the same as the 16g I used which reached full boost around 3000rpms. So it would still be roughly the same lag time, but would definitely choke past 5000rpms. I agree that the TE04H might be ok for a twin turbo setup, but not a single. Someone should pull up the compressor map for that turbo and plot the points just to see how bad it would actually be.

i have plotted it and none of the points
Not to mention it would instantly spool

I did it again just now with more realistic spool numbers. Its on the map sorta but...@5000 rpms it is well off the map, and it takes 8psi boost to make 200 CRANK hp.
aka 8psi boost and you make about 165whp.......about 5whp more then Jame's dyno'd when he controlled ignition timing with a piggyback on his n/a 3.0 and about 10hp more then Ed's ported head motor with NO fuel or spark control (and this killed power on his engine).
PLUS it cant rev past 5k and those n/a motors can.

Also, because the exhaust side is so restrictive.........you might not even be able to rev past 4000 regardless of what the compressor map says you can do.

I have a t67 with P trim t4 exhaust wheel put into a t3 .63 a/r housing.

I would suggest a gt3582r if you want a big turbo that works well. though...and if you want smaller then there are other options.
