How bout this turbo?

Thinking of buying this turbo off a local. The post is from Stlmustangs:

i have a spare turbo it has a 60 ar on the intake and 1.15 on the exhaust
this has been rebuilt by garrett
i had a buddie of mine from this site tig weld on a section of 3in pipe
to start the downpipe i also will throw in a 3in v-band clamp w/weld on flanges
this would be great for a stockish 302 or even better for a v-6
$250 or im open to trades

wont work.
Thats a diesel turbo with tiny compressor blade and huge turbine. Will never spool and the compressor can probably only make 250hp.
Its probably very similar to the turbo that I converted into my current turbo (all i kept was the center section).

Yeah apparently i somehow read that post all wrong. Somehow i read it as 60-1 instead of 1.whatever it was on the a/r. Guess it was one of those "josh" moments.
