i have a miller mig welder thats worth 4 grand when i was doing mine, but lying on your back you cant weld good no matter what you got, the mig we got at work seems too big for light metal anyways

im guessing those will leak right?
Thats what I always have the biggest problems with because most of the stuff I weld doesnt really need a "strong" weld...just a air tight one :P

Well ....they may or may not leak actually. The penetration was alright....ill probably get my grinder fixed or get a new one and grind the weld down...then put a nice fat bead over that to seal it up.
