First, on my van, the floor of the exhaust ports are welded... Second, there is a difference of opinion about using a step to prevent reversion. Some believe it just kills the velocity and the velocity is what prevents reversion...

Have to see. Test and learn.

Well I dont think you will get any definitive results if the Jury really is out........I wasnt aware that there was any contention at all.

Not trying to start trouble or anything. But are you guys going to pull the manis and see what kind of shape they are in first?

is there a reason you always state "dyne" (some unit of force) instead of dyno? I remember that made searching for one of your old threads problematic.

OK. I hope your study shows that they hold up well and show good performance gains. Having another proven performance part available would really be great.

Force of habit. Where I work we have "dyne cells" for "dyne testing" electric motors for hybrid vehicles. Nobody here has ever refered to them as "dyno cells" or refered to "dynoing" a motor... It has always been "dyne cell" and "dyne testing" so that is the terminology I use.

up date old flanges are off. spacing on pipes was the same and the pipes were the exact size for the holes in the flanges

looks like the only modification needed is a piece of pipe added to the crossover at the straight piece close to the rear headder
going to try and find a piece of stainless 2.25 pipe so can use the stainless rods i have(very small burn at 35 amps) to weld it in so rust wont be a issue
heres 2 crappy pics

Now i want two of those sets but flip 1 backwards :P. That would cost 700 bucks + new flanges and extra pipe and turbo flange :P

Or build my own.

At least there is a cool n/a headers option. Im liking that you are minimizing modifications to that and using the ample engine bay room we have
