im sure he can but if i tal2 1/2 inch off the thermo staat housing

but i think im gona run the termohousing on the drivers side, make funky upper rad hose till i find a nice aluminm rad on ebay with the inlet and out on the same side and try mount the plenum on the lower , but i got to figure out how to bolt it in becuase they dont line up both ways

i wish i could fine a pick of a g6at hyunandi manifold

There is a picture on the chrysler3.0 mailing list. I have it on my computer too.

I am a bit confused here. You just mean 1/2" right? I would say as long you can still install the thermostat it will be fine to cut stuff off and reweld.

This is the basis for my design

Here is how I worked it out.
I edited this picture because I think this will be more helpful. I cant get a better picture without taking it apart but I think this old one works.
Obviously I didn't do exactly 1.7r but I just wrote that so it makes sense compared to the "guide." Also the perspective is deceptive so the lines I drew don't really represent what it really is.

I sure am impressed with all your work, and I can't wait to see the finished product. ARX is worth the wait. After doing ARX and switching to 5w-20 oil, I am now getting 24 mpg, even driving like a maniac as usual.

Great work you are doing!
