ford coil, what wire?

Hi folks,

Got a ford V8 coil, but can't seem to match up a spark wire for the top of the coil to the dizzy. Everything I find has the wrong ends on. What ones are you using?

you will probably have to make a cable. go to a good auto parts store and see if they have plug wire ends and get a spare cable to make a coil wire. its not to hard to do. just becareful not to nick the core in the cable.

Most people who do that have Magnacor wires which come with a short wire that is meant for installation on a Mitsu Montero.
Even then, you have to mess with the wire to make it female instead of male. I use a wire to hold my coil wire to the coil.

get a set of accel wires and make your ow custom set

i got a universal v8 set

Ah right thanks all, I might just fudge it then with a plug wire and a bit of 1/4 copper pipe.
