So my complete body restyle and resto on my acclaim is starting. I have gotten the Spirit RT bumpers and gfx. I've also got the 15" lace wheels, that I refinished. This is my car before.

Got a lebaron grille and removed the eyelids.

This is my stripe idea...

Figured before paint was a good time to test stuff out.

I'm working on swapping my door parts around right now, then I'm gonna get the jambs done before I put them on.
The car is going Plum Crazy purple. I'll try to keep pics up as I progress in doing the body.

Thanks, I actually traded my stock 14s for them and a neon strut bar, they were pretty rough when I got them. I'm hoping to finish it before June so fingers-crossed.

It is. It feeds right to my intake. Don't worry I would never run a scoop w/o it being functional ( No looking good is not a function). Lol

i need to do more looking but i think my turbo sits right where my factory hood bulge is... idk if id be able to convert the bulge into a scoop without making it look stupid. would be cool to get a mean look with the turbo and filter sitting right there.

That would look mean indeed.

I wish I had some pics from when I first got it, it was grandma's car for sure, right down to the gold trim and luggage rack. This was actually after redoing it once, so this could go back farther I find original pics.
