I actually did figure it out. My idle control motor was bad, and the idle was set a touch low, so between the two it just couldn't keep itself idling.

I had a really similar problem. I would pull in my driveway and it would shut off, almost as if it knew it was home.

I recently did a little clean out. I seafoamed it and I also cleaned the intake manifold and the TB. Also got a new o2. It hasn't shut off on me since.

But looks like you've got it all figured out.
