My Ride: 95 acclaim, 04 F250
Engine: 6g72, 6.0 powerstroke
So the acclaim has developed an odd issue and returned an old one.
#1 It dies when I put it in park unless I let it hit reverse before park.
#2 It cuts out at mid rpm/mid throttle to the point of stalling.
I have replaced the idle control valve, the tps
, the map
sensor, the o2 sensor, the temp sensor. It recently popped these sensors one by one.
I also checked the vacuum and all is normal there.
Threw an A/F on it and it runs a little rich. Right before it dies hitting park it goes super rich. When it stalls while driving it goes super lean before stalling.
I'm searching for the cause of this, thinking maybe my ecu is fried. Help???
3.0: 3" intake, 52 mm tb, P/P plenum, 1" spacers, 3" exhaust. Ported heads, new fuel system.
A-543 swap, stage-3 clutch.
Plum Crazy/White 2-tone.
