So I am new to this forum, but I've been reading about the turbo setups for a long time and I been wondering exacting how much horsepower and torque the turbo setup can achieve. As well as 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. Maybe even top speed? How much PSI to overall power?

your questions cover a LOT of ground!!! there have been guys boost up to 25psi if I remember correctly. ant 1/4 times range from 18 sec to 10 sec! MPH up to 120 in the 1/4!! so it is really hard to come up with a numbers list per say. but I am sure the guys will chime in and post their personal slips and set ups!

That would be great. I've read just about all the turbo builds and turbo related things I can find on here. But I have always wondering the numbers the engines produce.

well one sad part is most guys can't afford a dyno so those type of numbers are rare But often there are E.T times listed that can help with your questions.

Shadow24V is keeping the peace
last time i dynoed (bad tune, a few years ago) I was at 189hp, 201tq on the N/A SOHC 24v. I have since gotten a better tune and run a personal record on the 1/4 of 14.306@94mph. I Estimate I'm over 200hp/tq at the wheels now.

Looking for 350-400hp with the M90 when I'm done :)

Reaper1 is keeping our cars running
It seems that most of the basic bolt-on cars range in the high 15's to lower/mid 14's. Much quicker and you start getting into either REALLY gutted cars, engine swaps or mildly built engines, or power adders. I don't know anybody that can give you a real-time 0-60. As for top speed...some cars have limiters on them in the stock calibration at something like 120 or something. Others seem to not have it. My personal bests with my '90 Daytona were 15.949@85.1 and I got her up to 127mph (IIRC)...ONCE going down a long bridge and I started the run at 80mph at the top. The rear of the car was getting light (no rear wing on my base model car), so it was pretty scary. Modified top speed...I don't think anyone has really tried. My eventual goal is a sustained 200mph. It's doable, but it won't be easy or cheap.

200mph? Wow that's sure a goal! I couldn't imagine that haha. My lebaron feels scary at 90. But they again I need so better suspension and some nicer tires.

But anyways a rear mounted single turbo setup with megasquirt would be my ultimate goal. I'd like to be able to have at least 300 horsepower and Torque. Reliability as well. I want to be able to beat the subaru and honda kids hard.

Hey im one of those guys thats never got a dyno going... but on stock internals ive ran 12 psi and achieved a 12.7 @108 1/4 honestly thats either right at or above 300 hp. and ive beaten the shit out of it since 09 and shes still running... ive only spun 1 bearing since ive owned the car and it was after 3 consecutive track seasons ~70 runs. All of this without MS so it can be done!!! just cross your T's and *** your I's Honestly this motor with a good tune will scare you on 8psi and it doesnt even mind it ;) reliable forever on that kind of boost!

Wow that's damn fast! I wasn't expecting that kind of a run. 12 psi on stock? I'd be scared to see what you could do with forged internals. I have a lot of work ahead of me. First thing I gotta do is ditch the A604.

Stock internals have handled well over 500 HP for atleast one person we know of... only reason it failed is because he lost fuel pressure on a dyno run. but hey... thatll happen with forged internals or not ;) the 6g72 is a power house thats never been lifted to its full potential.
