Ok..I've done the timing belt..I triple checked the timing marks and there right on. I got it put back together and it purrs like a kitten but on the test drive it wont go over 3500 rmp like it's being governed. A autozone guy said he did his pt cruiser and it did the same thing and he had to take it to the dealer to reset the computer.?. Or what else can it be?
